As you can see these parts are in different stages of completion. The first window is a finished linkage installed on customer's bike. The next is ready to go to chrome as is the next window. The last window is the art work that a customer sent me, and is in the process of being cut. |

Now for the process of making a one off linkage for you. Step 1: You can either send me your art work or an idea of want you want, and I will design one for your approval. Step 2: I will then send you a copy of what your linkage will look like before I start cutting the design. Step 3: I will cut your design and send it out to chrome to be polished along with a shift linkage rod. Step 4: I will weld your design to the linkage rod and send it back to chrome to be plated and polished. Step 5: I will ship your linkage to you complete with chrome lock-nuts and OEM ends. This entire process takes 4 to 6 weeks from purchase to shipment. The cost for one of these one off linkages is $100.00 and up depending on the complexity of your design, plus a $6.50 shipping and handling charge. |
